Changing Futures is part of Brave Futures, a children’s charity working throughout Norfolk, providing specialist support for people up to the age of 18 who might require extra support and improve their insight in their emotional responses. Our aim is to provide a safe space for children and young people, where they can make sense of the confusion they feel. We seek to support them in gaining the skills and tools they need to manage their emotions, understand their behaviours and help them move forwards.

- Children will have an improved insight into their emotional responses
- Children will have a better understanding of their behaviours and reduce the impact on others
- Children will experience an improved well being (coping with anxiety, anger, depression and emotional self regulation)
- Children to have a wide range of coping strategies that are bespoke to their individual needs
- Children can access relevant ongoing support if required
